PLACING AN ORDER: Browse the web site. When you find an item you would like to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button next to it. The item will be added to the shopping cart. If you would like to add other products, click "continue shopping". When you are finished shopping, click "Secure Checkout", then log into Pay Trace to process your payment. It's that easy. You will receive a confirmation that your order was received shortly there after. We will ask that you to supply your phone number and e-mail address when your place an order so that we may contact you if there is a problem or question regarding your order. PAYMENT: Due with your order, please. We accept credit cards via Pay Trace. If you would like to pay with a check or money order, please click the "mail order form" link located at the bottom of each page. Print the order form and send it along with your payment to Leashes and More, 16420 East Broad, Spokane, WA 99216. Checks are held for 10 days or until they clear through our bank. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Most orders are shipped via United States Post Office, First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Most items will ship the day of or after orders are received excluding weekends. Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days. LOCATION: We are located in the Pacific Northwest. All orders placed by Washington residents will have the appropriate sales tax added to the total price.
